My lovely Dino boogers and more!

We were sitting around this Saturday and realized since Jeremy stayed home from scout camp because of kidney stone drama, we had absolutely NO plans... This is very rare for us so we decided to make the most of it. We headed to Ogden to visit the oh so wonderful Dinosaur Museum there.  We havent been there since we were dating but we have found memories of it and thought it would be something the kids would enjoy! After tickets this is the 1st of the Dino experiences.... moving, grawling GIANT dinos! Karver was less than impressed and insisted he was held! :) I on the other hand was very impressed

We walked around inside for a good 20 minutes looking at Dino bones and fossils, cool rocks and pictures... Karver relaxed a bit, i guess the bones and rocks arent as intimidating as moving growling giant "sharp teeth."
THe inside was amazing but outside was VERY IMPRESSIVE!!! There were acres of dinos. They looked real! I was not soo impressed with this scene above! I thought it a littler gruesome for a children's museum, but as Jeremy pointed out, that was how it was!
I was shocked at how big and scary they were. I thought to myself several times, I am sure glad these guys are extinct. Then what I saw next was the most fearsome and terrifying creature of all... this is the LAST creature I would want left alone to destroy my house..... ^ But, I still took him home with me, because no matter how dangerous and destructive he is, he is SO dang cute!

After a few photo opps, we proceeded onto the most AWESOME play area ever! Just look at the pic below. You see this, and think, what in the world is this???? Then you realize.....

Only the most awesome slide ever!!
Then last, but not least, my oh soo lovely DINO BOOGERS!! They are little snots but you have got to love them! :)   *Disclaimer, my kids are actually not snots, but I had to use the pun! Because....well... i love a good pun.... NOT!!

LOVE THE PICTURES, PUNS AND FUN DESCRIPTION OF THE FUN TIMES YOU HAD.
So glad you "made a time of it" with Jeremy home and you feeling good. Maybe that is why all happened that way it did. We are leaving Cumorah today -- a wonderful sparkling time with a huge Spirit. DAD and MOM via DAD
