Just to be healthy! :)

We have changed a few things at our place. We are eating better, and feeling pretty happy about it too!
I have enjoyed learning new recipes and figuring out different ways to adjust to our new life style.
We feel more energetic, healthier, thinner, and I feel really good about feeding my kids such great stuff.

For my own records, and for yours, I have started a blog to help us on our way. It is a simple basic, recipe blog. It has some of the recipes we have tried and LOVED, and some we have tried and didnt love. Look if you'd like!! :)

are you kidding Ruth?!! I am sooo excited!! i am trying out new recipies too, so now we can share!!!! Yeah!!!!! I am feeling better now that I am eating better too. I am just trying to find good snacks to keep me through the day. I don't know what I am going to do when watermellon isn't in season anymore!!!
