Just down the road a bit...

We are doing all we can to help this 2 year old feel as independant as possible. That includes alot of "THAD WAY!" then we follow the chubby little finger whatever direction it is pointed. He loves to throw rocks from one bucket to another, I dont know why but whatever works!! Here is that chubby little finger I was talking about!

Jeremy has been getting in alot of arm exercise. Hahah And karver likes it as well.

We finally got him to do some tummy time. He kinda sits like a awkward stink bug but it allows his back to be free of the pressure for awhile, hopefully making it so there are no pressure sores.

This video is another activity we discovered that he seems to enjoy. hahaha I imagine we will get kinda creative these next few weeks.

When Karver is so happy and willing to work with us, I feel like the full recovery is just down the road a bit. I know that baby is coming soon and things will be interesting with Karver re-learning to walk, my struggling to walk, and a baby that wont walk for a year, but we will work through it as a family!
Jeremy gave me a blessing the night of karver's accident and in that blessing he said that Karver will be a strength to me and in turn I will be a strength to him. I cannot tell you what a strength Karver has been to me! His strength inspires me!

It was great to see him on his Stomach and his cute little finger pointing the way. All will be well and even "weller" than you can imagine. Mom is on her way, I will be as my eye surgery get over with. Love to you all.

You have such an amazing attitude about it! Hopefully that baby will hold on and give you a little bit of time before he comes! We pray for Karver everyday (and I pray for you as well).

Too bad it took such an event to get you blogging regularly! You have the same mo-blogging disease I have, I guess. Thanks for the updates now, we are always thinking of you and wondering how you are doing. Love you! Give us a shout if you need anything!
